energetic, self-starters to originate as many loans as they can. Some college or equivalent
mortgage experience is preferred. More importantly we want sales skill. You will build
relationships with prospects, originate loans, and submit them for underwriting. We want self-
starters that will hit the ground running and shoot for the stars.
